All In Activity Hub was established in July 2016, by twin brothers James and Sean O'Connor.

After completing university, we enjoyed working in various educational settings in North West London, supporting young adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.

This inspired myself (James) to qualify as a teacher, specialising in special educational needs. The skills we have both gained and developed have enabled us to achieve our vision of creating a calm, sociable and interactive environment here at 'All In'.

We are passionate about creating a happy environment, with a 'family feel', where everything we do is about valuing and supporting young adults with disabilities.

Our Values

Interactive - Activities  are varied in order to stimulate interests and engage all of the adults. Our staff adopt an energetic and positive approach, where good relationships are maintained.

Inclusive - Young adults with disabilities are our priority and are valued and listened to equally. We strive to help everybody to participate, whilst respecting their freedom of choice.

Caring - Risk assessments are carried out when necessary and staff have a strong understanding of every adults needs. We work closely with parents & carers to ensure the best level of care. We have a positive atmosphere where everybody is reminded to treat each other with respect.

Personal - We really enjoy talking, getting to know and understanding our adults and parents. This is what gives our provision a 'family feel'.

Trustworthy - We are honest, truthful and regularly undertake training to meet the needs of our adults. Our staff all hold frequent DBS checks and we are fully insured.
